Welcome to GuitarFlow. By using our web or mobile application, you agree to the following terms. GuitarFlow is a personal song library app designed to help guitarists collect, organize, and master their repertoire.

1. Services Provided

GuitarFlow allows users to manage song metadata, track learning status, and attach reference materials like PDF chord sheets and YouTube links.

2. Data Storage & User Responsibility

GuitarFlow operates using a hybrid-cloud model.

• Primary Local Storage: For optimal performance and offline capability, all song data is saved locally on your device or browser (local storage).
• Cloud Synchronization: To enable cross-device syncing and backup, your library (including songs, PDFs, and settings) is securely synchronized with our servers upon login.
• User Responsibility: While we provide cloud storage, it is only a tool. You remain responsible for maintaining access to your account.
• Data Retention: Deleting the local app data will not permanently erase your cloud library. To prevent data loss, ensure you have a modern, up-to-date web browser and a verified account.

3. Freemium Model & Usage Limits

• Free Tier: You may manage up to 20 songs for free.
• Pro Version: Unlimited song storage is available via a one-time purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. User Content & Copyright

You may upload PDF chord sheets and embed YouTube links for personal practice. You represent that you have the right to use any content you add to your library. GuitarFlow does not host or distribute this content; it merely provides a local preview tool.

5. Disclaimers

GuitarFlow is provided "as is." While we aim to help you "practice smarter," we are not liable for any technical failures, data loss, or inaccuracies fetched from third-party APIs like iTunes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate local courts.
